The Federation of Labor Organizations is a group of people who come from varying profession to get together as one unified body for the sole purpose of standing up for their rights. These people come from different careers for example some maybe teachers, fire fighters, farmers, baker’s etc. Basically the Federation of Labor Organizations is a group of skilled men and women joined together as one while struggling to ensure that their rights are met and their voices are heard. The group came into when two different entities, who were fighting for the same cause, united together to join forces and strengthen themselves. They shared the same objective which was to be recognized and given justice. The recognition is not only in terms of their name, but also for the work that they do.

The Rise of the Organization

This organization is a platform of different workers that come together to help those who are struggling for justice. Incidents of leg pulling, politics, promotions on false merits etc are commonly seen. These are the behaviors that this organization works to abolish to ensure that the workplace has an environment for effective learning and growth for everyone.

The Federation of Labor Organizations offers different benefits to its members. They raise their funds through donations and are basically a not – for – profit organization. This organization is that one place that does not have any issues of race, color and gender. They work for a cause that is above all. Here in this organization every worker knows that his or her voice will be heard and feels a certain air of protection upon joining. And this is exactly what this organization aims to achieve; an environment where everyone feels safe.
